For iOS

• Go to Settings in your iOS device
• Tap [your name]
• Tap iTunes & App Store
• Tap your Apple ID
• Tap View Apple ID. You might have to authenticate your Apple ID here
• Tap Subscriptions
• Tap the specific in app subscription that you want to manage
• Use the options to manage your subscription

For Android

• Go to Google Play Store
• Tap menu button
• Tap Settings
• Tap "Require password for purchases"
• Tap "For all purchases through Google Play on this device"
